I did, he says $4US.

So again, even with great news getting us to a buck under this cloud of doom r/s, which would be a miracle, 5:1 would still leave some breathing room in C$.

Minimum.

And, if we got great news and the share price somehow went to single digits will they still r/s us?

Why not go to NASDAQ and request an exemption?....certainly they could see the advantage of having PTK on their exchange...
