As an aquariumist, I can attest that fish growth is restrained by the size of the tank and available food.

If POET is to grow into a shark, it simply cant happen on the venture, there is not enough food and the tank is too small.

POET needs to move into the open waters of the NASDAQ, there is no other path forward.
