If Poet does either a 5 or 10 to 1 split, investors will not have any lost residual shares if their holdings end in a zero, ie. Xx,xx0.  

5:1 appears to be the minimum need to position for the NASDAQ, but I would suggest 10:1 so we are well above the required  minimum share listing bid level.
