Not sure that's fair Baba. I doubt many here know the man. So, its not a question of love or hate.

Questions/concerns were raised. TM listened and responded. Were all questions answered? No. Did he provide some clarification/re-assurance? I believe so. Were we thankful or appreciative that he took the time and effort to respond and clarify? Yes.

We certainly closed much better than I figured when the am started.
