I have had a couple of floundering dogs that went through the r/s process just to stay alive.  Needless to say they did not survive.  POET is not floundering and is not on life support.  Quite the opposite.  Mr. Mica and team know much more than anyone here what POET needs to grow and succeed.  They should NOT be hamstrung by NOT having the tools (r/s) at their disposal when needed. They should not  have to wait for the AGM to get shareholder approval.  It wasn't that long ago when the previous AGM took place.  For some reason r/s wasn't on the agenda.  Something very important has come up since then and accelerated the need to have this tool at their disposal.  Go for it.
