I dont have a big problem with a share consolidation if its only to get us on the NASDAQ.

But if we are there to let in the new heavy hitters with a large raise which would dillute us little guys further,create a whole new overhang of warrants and let them in probably at a discount to market.

We need these new people that want in,to have to buy on the open market like we do...this will chew through our existing overhang and ultimately get us a much higher share price.
