TM was very clear that a RS would only be considered when all other criteria for meeting a NAS listing were already met.  I think he was also clear that this was a possibility and not inevitability.

I think there is zero chance that by the time we meet all other Nasdaq qualifications, that we are still a sub $1.00 stock.  I think it far more likely we will be past the curve in the hockey stick, and heading north quickly. 

If we are into our growth stage, with plenty of news coming on a regular basis, and perhaps already trading at 2 - 3 dollars, I think the prospect of a low multiple reverse split to facilitate an uplisting will be viewed more positively.  No chance in my opinion that we're contemplating a 10 -1 RS at our current valuation.
