While most people seem to focus on active (and attractive) elements of any size, be it a single laser or a complete inference engine, they are all connected by a fabric, and that fabric should enable “a more-optimized data flow”.

So, while that article does not have written “POET” all over it, it might have written “POET” all under it, even if the author isn’t aware of it.
