And because (as Thomas Mika said himself on a couple of occasions) that all NRE is tied to "production orders", the company ALREADY KNOWS that they are close to transitioning from a pre-revenue to a revenue generating business.

If that's the case why commit dollars now to marketing (which can be costly)?  If the answer is to "avoid the R/S" keep in mind there is no guarantee they'll have to execute on it if the news between now and Q4 is big enough.  

I feel like momentum is building and we are very close to an awareness tipping point.  There are enough people in the tech world alone who will help move this story along without us even needing a 3rd party marketing campaign.
