What if Suresh has come to the conclusion that several million dollars are needed sooner than later in order to maintain a leadership position and to as fully as possible take advantage of being the first (or certainly among the firsts) to offer these solutions to a huge market place?  

I can't dismiss the above, so if Poet wants to raise money ASAP, let's do it.
