Many here (especially the transients) have in the past commented that the market knows all and how can we on this forum be the only ones who see the enormous value in POET’s optical interposer platform. That argument has been used to suggest we have gotten it wrong and that there are other technologies that will lead. As time goes on the company has been able to establish that the technology is exceptional in performance, cost and is not only adaptable to numerous industry needs that are really vast but in many cases is the only real solution. Companies often talk about total addressable market.  The ones that POET is currently engaged in (that we know of) are massive and I believe we are just talking about the tip of the iceberg.

The inflection point that management is speaking of is real and is being backed up by real products that will soon be entering the market place. They have joined forces with a company that supplies ~50% of the worlds LED chips.  Think about that.

The level of supply that is being established is beyond anything a pre-revenue company could hope for. POET management recognized the value of this immediately but were unable provide the market with their view of how meaningful the establishment of Super Photonics is. That is changing. We can see it in the level of accumulation that is beginning to take place.

We on this forum are not the only ones that see the hidden value here.  POET has seen enormous technical achievements this in the past year and we are now being told that the time is approaching where we will benefit in the fruits of their labor.

A really good example of POET’s capability is demonstrated in the remote laser that the Intel lead person admits they do not have viable solution for. And that was just a few short months ago. POET has achievements that major companies have been trying to achieve for many years and still can’t. POET has the solution and major companies know this and are working with POET but that information can’t be shared but once it becomes known lookout!
