Dash you may be right on the fact that growing organically could very well get us to a SP sufficient to uplist however, if you recall, the company has always stated that an uplist would be considered when the time is right.

If management is saying that the time is right now based on what they know (and we don't) then I say we trust their judgment.

There could be some very substantial deals or whatever that are banking on a NASDAQ listing etc right now so management is responding to what they know right now, not on what may happen 6, 8 or 12 months down the road.
