Fantastic post, BCD!  I agree with your points and sentiments.  I'm so glad you mentioned that we do not have complete information- based on some posts here, one would think we know more than management.

It's an issue of compromise for some, but we need to trust management to get us where we all want to be. I see no reason not to trust their judgment.
