A good deal IMHO

Pros:

• Strengthen the Balance Sheet - ~23MM fully exercised !!!
• All Canadian deal which may help wake up our domestic investors
• Keeps the robbers at bay and possibly helps expedite the .52 warrants
• Shot across the bow of shorters trying to hold the s/p down
• Short squeeze coming :-)
• Bye bye HC WainWrong

Cons:

• Short term bashing so watch out hub leaders
