To me in Germany, Marc Lustig is not well known. Lustig in German means funny, and after my first blink, I could not laugh about this show stopper.
So I searched at Google for Mr. Lustig...

OK, he seems to know how to wet his beak. I dislike investments in pot, but this is another story... 

In any case, it could be that he has plenty of funds from his Cannabis investments to put his money at work. And I guess he can invest much more than 10 M CAD, and possibly this is what he is doing right now: Some investment via this PP could be just one part and he can use any weakness of the SP of Poet to get more participation in Poet. I guess this is what we can just see today. There is plenty of ASK today to take shares from weak hands.

So there is Cormark, as usual - IBK Capital, but now also PI Financial Corp.
