Sometimes the simple things are the hardest to decipher. Nothing illegal or untoward happened.

The decision was made to do the placement. Financing and terms were agreed on with primary client. Brockerage inquired if it was extendable if enough interest was shown. Call went out to clients, some were interested, some were not. Placement was extended.

I'm sure the horse doc will have more to add. Rick you out there?
