Yes the private placement went into friendly hands. Most people I  have talked to have no interest in selling any shares at such a low prices and don't  need to. The buyers we are talking about in the upsized placement are long term shareholders.

Looking forward to the Empire Club event on the Feb 11 which is when the placement is expected to close.
