thanks jimbo for digging up the information. I lived it and knew that listing costs were expensive and dual listings were reserved for the large cap crowd....just too lazy this time of year to research.

if you look at the post just disregard the tax discussion, it was addressed and determined that dual listing has no impact nor influence on personal or corporate tax matters.
