I am in favor of a minimal R/S split to obtain an Nasdaq listing. In my opinion once that is obtained and favorable news releases are made the share price will appreciate. Then large institutional investors can take part. I'm not in favor of over inflating the SP so they can participate day one.

However. I am giddy as sh*t!!! This really is such a wonderful opportunity. Thanking God to be here!!!
