Whether it's 1 for 2, or 1 for 100, there is no dilution. But that doesn't mean there is no effect 

Lets say you hold 300,000 shares now, and the r/s is 1 for 30 ( I know 1 for 14 is max).  How many of us have ever held 10,000 shares of a $30 stock?  I'll bet not more than a handful. 

Is the fear that at $30, people will get freaked and sell some of their stock and force the price down?  I'll admit, it does happen. Just depends whether or not there are others who want to buy your stock plus more.  I think people will find Poet attractive at $10 to $15 per share.
