A thought for your consideration, SP is a private company with two partners one of which is Poet and a minority partner at that. While there may be a desire or even an entitlement to know these appointments you/we may never know via NR simply because of the corporate structure does not require it. If perhaps SP were a wholly owned subsidiary of Poet then perhaps we would be advised. As reference we were advised of our new VP in China.

I think many on the board believe they should be made aware of darn near everything that goes on inside Poet and that is just not going to happen
