If you are a self directed investor through a discount brokerage, you won't be getting any information for anything.  You have to ask for it.

FJ made a very interesting point.  Could it be possible, that some big money has already told the POET braintrust "we're in" if you move to the NAS?   Not the other way around...listing in order to attract big investors.
