Hello brand new member today, been Poet holder and lurking here for ever, got voting material today.

Wondering when they say they would like to list on Nasdaq, but still remain listed on venture exchange, what does that  mean to us Canadians? I understand the consolidation to raise capital etc but what I don't understand is if after we consolidate our shares, will we remain with our holdings on the venture exchange? Will this somehow be converted to nasdaq based stock? What am I missing here?
