Jonny5Alive: What I was getting at was if we split to the minimum amount of shares we have to have to uplist (100,000,000) and the big guys want a large position how does that happen without more dilution?
You can find the Nasdaq requirements here: https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/assets/initialguide.pdf. A minimum of 100,000,000 shares is not among them, in none of the three segments.
The minima are as follows:
- Nasdaq Global Select Market: 1,250,000 shares
- Nasdaq Global Market: 1,100,000 shares
- Nasdaq Capital Market: 1,000,000 shares
However, there are other requirements we would also have to meet, namely income requirements.
