Turr, I am in no way not offended. That said, a sensible CFO will not wait until the last minute to increase capital before the lights go out. It's a trade-off: On the one hand, the share price could rise and conditions would improve; on the other hand, conditions would deteriorate as the runway gets shorter. There will always be people who complain.
