Rainer, did they need the money, or was it 'reward time' for the elite before the share price got higher???

And I'm not saying this is wrong or right, just sayin'...I know I have a good investment with the best of management. I know we wouldn't be here without them and I appreciate and recognize that. Again, I'm not complaining, I'm just sayin' period..... T..
