ScaryRaccoon: The PP price and timing was plain bad, and as leb stated doesn't match the confidence POET has in creating a "disproportionate" amount of money and there is no need for an R/S. By Q3/Q4 there will be products, and revenue, and those will help move the SP to a price that more closely represents its true value.

It is entirely possible that the share price will rise to the level required for NASDAQ in the coming months even in the absence of an R/S. Please note that the R/S is not an inevitable fact, but an option that management use or not, according to the shareholders' decision.

Please also remember the 75 ¢ warrants! The company had news that should have easily helped propel the share price above 75 ¢, but it didn't work out that way.

That's why it's always good to have a plan B. If the share price rises by itself to, say, 5 to 8 USD: excellent! If not: use the R/S option!
