Here my notes in regard to The Strategic Cooperation Agreement between POET/Denselight (Oct. 2019)

1. DenseLight & parent company – Sensing & Light sources products = revenue any time 
    

a) DenseLight will continue work on certain identified development projects without cost to the     Company until their natural completion, or until end June 2020, whichever occurs sooner, with     ownership over such developments to be jointly owned

b) POET may provide Optical Interposer solutions to DenseLight for the sensing market after the     closing, subject to a cost-plus fee at reasonable commercial terms

c) Product roadmap featuring POET’s OI to be clarified and announced or not

d) Commercial arrangement to be clarified and announced or not
