IMO, today's NR was stressing the need to get to the Nasdaq ASAP and why.

Exercised warrants put $$$ in the bank.  Warrant overhang keeps the sp from rising.

Consolidation leads to a listing that gets all the $$$ in the bank and sp rises for many reasons...and fast.

Would be nice to see a meaningful NR before announcing the ratio, forcing shorts/warrant-holders to cover.  Would help reduce the ratio.
