We should really stop with this tempest in a teapot stuff. It serves no purpose. But if someone posts what some think to be inaccurate info, whether intentionally or unintentionally posted, it should be challenged.  That's one purpose of the board. 

There's a lot of inaccuracies here. Especially when it comes to basics about warrants and options and units and offerings.
