Okiedo "I guess my question should really be: Why would POET have to do a Reverse Split with a ratio of greater than 1 New Shares for 2 Old Share considering that Electrovaya is applying for listing on the NASDAQ at a share price less than where POET would be if it did only a 2 Old for 1 New split? "
It looks like the bid price needs to be met at the time of listing, not the time of application. EFL would also be able to announce a reverse split at least 15 days in advance to meet the Nasdaq requirement, and a share consolidation just happened to be approved by their shareholders last week.
Good luck,
