Suresh has told us why they need to uplist to the NASDAQ. There are large funds in the US that are very specialized and have the technical expertise to analyze the technology. I think the moment that POET began showing up next to big names in industry/market publications that was the beginning of discovery.
POET needed to have a mechanism in place to uplist. I think it is very probable that they will graduate to the TSX first before doing an R/S as is the normal progression of many companies before the apply for a NASDAQ listing.
I agree with Tf. They wanted to get this out in the open and move on without distractions and once again provide continuous updates on progress that shows us in no uncertain terms that POET has the platform that meets industry’s needs. Prepare for the live demonstrations at OFC where they have two separate booths. Why two booths? Maybe one is for the demonstration of Lightbar-C for AI and sensing related markets and the other is for data center customers.
It is a very exciting time to be invested in POET where we clearly have the yin and yang in full view. We have great times ahead everyone and lots of moving parts to speculate over. Lots of suspense and lots of volatility. Let’s ensure that when statements are made they are correct rather than misleading. To all the fact checkers on this forum, keep up the good work!
I believe this next AGM will be a period of celebration.
