• Big news with words that people understand
• Insider buying
• Big buyers and/or a big collection of buyers

The news that we've seen cycling around with mentions of Cisco, Intel, Huawei, and Poet in the same sentence is a perfect start. From all of the above we can negotiate from a position of power. No need to be offering full warrants in offerings (unless the offer is juicy of course). This is all entirely possible and it's good to have the opportunity to add on the dips. GLTA
