I am not 100% sure if there are delays.

Please consider that those are the NR and  talks about the SANAN IC timelines. China area.

Whereas when POET spoke on the EC, AGM and other investor presentations, they spoke about the company time lines (POET globally). This includes the European and the North America partners (news imminent on those).

So I am not sure if the "global" versus China (Sanan) timelines are getting confused here. 
We have been told all is still on plan, and we made significant progress. So, I personally don't see a delay, just two different timelines, one for Sanan and another one for NA and Europe which are both POET timelines but different and always have been.
