Sanan is a very big player in China, perhaps even a State Sponsored Enterprise. POET's OI could very well end up in a Sanan or Huawei (or other Chinese) branded product. Adoption into the Chinese market is almost assured imo, perhaps with dominant market share. I wouldn't expect Sanan to write a check otherwise.
