Yes - done at the last minute is incredibly clumsy and likely to draw attention.  I have been managing equities far too long to not look at these sorts of moves with just a touch of cynicism.  I will enjoy being wrong. What I really wish is to just get past these convertibles and warrants that strangle every advance.
