Well, something is totally wrong here. Is there a legal way for a company to know who are their shareholders, and from where they are coming? As far as I know, there are no registered shares @Poet, right?

So they could look at their "insiders" or other reporting shareowners (over 5%?).  Counting the shares of SV, TM and VR, or Don Listwin should already exceed 2% easily!?

I guess the agents of the placements (debentures or the PP, here e.g. IBK) should know more details than POET itself.
