 A capital raise is necessary to list on the Naz but not from the TSXV to the TSE, and the last I heard we were uplisting to both and putting the Vulture aside!

 Also the Analysts you're referring to on Poet's website have all been there for quite sometime ie.. Wainwright, Zacks and IBK...
