Whilst totally committed to the profit motive of investing in POET, it is the more cerebral and challenging task of understanding the technology I find satisfying. Listening to FJs SPARK redference and Oz's focussed comments has been boon in this respect and has added to the feeling that I'm at least playing some minor part in turning the technology wheel by investing in hi tech venture capital.  This feeling helps mitigate the inevitable risk anxiety of choosing Venture Capital as an investment.
