Let's not be hostile to the new shareholders. Some of them genuinely don't know much. POET can claim to have great techs, but most companies claim such things for their own tech. They don't know better, so they come to ask us to save themselves some time.

As for the original question: I can assure you that POET does have the best tech to integrate optics and electronics. Have you try looking through the POET website, where they have a fairly detailed section dedicated to the Optical Interposer platform?
