Lightwave has 103 million shares outstanding. POET has 349 million (roughly). That is one of many reasons for such disparity between the two. It's easier to make large moves with less shares. But it can also be driven down just as quickly. If there is a reverse share split for POET getting us on the Nasdaq, then such movements are more likely to happen for us. All we really need to move significantly is the name of the tier 1 partner and solid contracts with supply dates and we can have something substantial to base value on. Removing initial speculation hesitancy will be great. Soon. ;). Derek
