I believe the share price is where it is right now because of all the Canadian held .52 warrants that have/are being exercised. The share price is holding up very because POET management have done such an excellent job preparing for this OFC.

The overhang can be removed very quickly with the right buyers lined up. And the exercise of those warrants is money in the bank.
