Once the samples are operational in the labs of Intel's competitors, think Cisco, Nokia, Huawei, Juniper, Accelink, Arista, ADVA; and their respective managements realize their sitting on "lightning in a bottle" (credit to ET), POET quite simply can't remain at current valuations without being taken out.

According to the May Needham presentation, 6 customers have requested samples.
