Dave: Hope this clears things up. Now maybe you can explain your statement last week, “The share price is holding up very (well?) Because POET management have done such an excellent job preparing for this OFC.” 

No it did not clear up a thing for me.  I guess I am dense lol.

And yes there are a number of us that are happy that the share price has stayed above $1. Honestly I think it is a great price to base at given recent private placement shares coming off hold, debentures heavily in the money and the .52 warrants expiring before the end of the year.

The real difference I think to be honest is that I do have a more realistic view I think than most. I am certainly right up there in having my fair share of disappointment with this company but I truly believe in POET's vision. I really do.
