I can only imagine what might take place should POET be a Chinese takeover target. Of course it would be management's duty to act in the shareholder interest - BUT - there is also interests of a number of Western countries against those of China. No doubt Suresh would use his vast industry connections (and those of POET's current customers) to put the fear of losing this tech forever into them and rouse them off their a**es to keep this from happening.
