I normally never care if people buy or sell buy I do have to say I am not really impressed with management selling into a rally it really does look like an attempted to keep the price at a certain level, I don't know why there might be a reason for this but I hope it has nothing to do with the r/s and moving to the nasdaq because we all know the power of bankers and just what they might try and get management persuaded to do. If they clarify that this sell date was agreed upon a month or so ago then no big deal.
