I have done a quick review of the f/s since those USD $0.388 or CAD $0.52 warrants were issued. As of the end of Q1-2021 there are 15,876,116 remaining. Having said that, we have seen the # of outstanding shares increase since the Q1 reporting by a # in excess of 6M (approximately) so there is a reasonable assumption that a good majority of that increase represents the exercise of the warrants in question.

FYI, I tried to reconcile all outstanding warrants as at Q1-2021 as follows:

15,875,116 are $0.52 warrants (CAD)

17,647,200 are $1.15 warrants (CAD)

  8,660,000 warrants issued on conversion of convertible debentures and;

The balance are compensation warrants to brokers

Total warrants at Q1 were 43,502,148

I think it is pretty close
