Regarding the AGM and "I suggest that the late date is to allow POET to release some news, perhaps of substantial value between now and then!  What see ye POET prophets?"

You never know, but best to be cautious as this line of thinking (many times) has never been correct in the past, whether for AGMs, conferences, investor presentations, or delays with updates. Whenever it is thought that the extended time must mean big news on the horizon, this has never panned out. I suspect the late AGM is just because they are busy, but would be happy to be wrong. Having said that, IMO, there is something big coming, just no idea on the timing.
