Like most/all of the posters, I believe in the technology.  Otherwise, I would have sold a few years back.

However, sp is $1.03 with only 50000 shares traded (tsx) today as I type.  These numbers speak.  The market doesn't trust.  The market wants Sales figures.  IMO, ptk's inability to promote being on the cusp of leading an industry in photonics is why those trading figures are abysmal.   That's the area of the company that needs to be blown up.

Fortunately, the technology will save the day...eventually.  Then there's the option of a buyout....
