One note of caution that occurred to me as I read your post, Adrian.

I hope we don't flood you with such a high volume of information requests as to create a log jam. Hopefully, those who make a direct inquiry to you will take cognizance of the possibility of such an overload situation and show some restraint so as to not bog you down with marginal issues and keep focused on brevity, relevance and directness while keeping in mind we don't want to kill the Goose that lays the golden eggs.
